The Thang:

Conditions: 78 degrees and humid.  On Sunday Vitamin D asked if YHC could switch Monday for Wednesday and of course I agreed, but no time to plan anything new, so I decided to pull an old trust from the vault.  For some reason, in my head, Big Monday needed to get started with a Burpee Mile so I sought out an old trusty that began just that way.

Burpee Mile: 12 burpees, mosey around the entire AO, rinse and repeat 3 more times totaling 48 burpees and 4 laps.

Round 1: 20 Merkins, 20 lunges, 20 Burpees, 20Flutter Kicks.
Round 2: 15 reps of each
Round 3: 10 reps, Round 4: 5 reps
Plank or pick up six at end of each round.
