The Thang:

Conditions– Mid 60s and Pleasant

YHC headed down to Catapult with the anticipation of a lower turnout as the PAX were dropping like flies based on the mumblechatter/texts I received last night- from vesectomys, bum knees, strain calves to sinus infections. You name it and Catapult PAX had it today. Skippa rolled up and said he was going to push through the pain a bit. He didn’t want to leave me hanging #HIM right there! Right at the one minute warning, we had 5 other PAXs roll up.

Gave the one minute warning and circled-up to start the COP.

F3 mission was stated and disclaimer was given.

10- Monkey Humpers- YHC explained this one to new PAX, Laces. Funny mumblechatter to follow about doing those closer to the road next time. Killington noted it for his VQ. I beleive someone mentioned to do it with pants down- getting a little crazy now!

The Thang

To continue the dedication to the Memorial Day themed beatdown and our fallen soliders, I put together a mini- Murph sytle beatdown as follows:

  • Mosey 2 laps around AO (.5 miles) back to COP for 25 Merkins IC, 25 LBCs IC,  75 Squats OYO- started some mumblechatter about 5 Key Principles of F3
  • Mosey 1 lap around AO (.25 miles) back to COP for 25 Merkins IC, 50 LBCs OYO, 75 Squats OYO- mumblechatter about burning off the terrible choices we made this past weekend
  • Mosey 1 lap around AO (.25 miles) back to COP for 25 Merkins IC, 50 LBCs OYO, 75 Squats OYO- mumblechatter about Killington’s upcoming VQ
  • Mosey 1 lap around AP (.25 miles) back to COP to being Mary
