I woke up right at the alarm this morning. I have been feeling under the weather, and today would have been the perfect Fart Sack day, but no beans! It was a slow start for all as PAX rolled in right at the one minute warning.
F3 GS mission was stated and disclaimer was given.

We all moseyed over to the coupon pile to grab one block per PAX and advised PAX to meet back at COT. I went through the “12 Days of Catapult Christmas” exercises in ladder type style, and informed the PAX that these set of exercises are at your own pace and modify up or down as necessary. I started the Christmas jams playlist, which may or may not included Farting Jingle Bells.
