I woke up right at the alarm this morning. I have been feeling under the weather, and today would have been the perfect Fart Sack day, but no beans! It was a slow start for all as PAX rolled in right at the one minute warning.

F3 GS mission was stated and disclaimer was given.

20- Plank….then Shoulder Taps- schooling Judge Judy on how to count cadence for his upcoming VQ; I’m not sure who was schooling who here 🙂

We all moseyed over to the coupon pile to grab one block per PAX and advised PAX to meet back at COT. I went through the “12 Days of Catapult Christmas” exercises in ladder type style, and informed the PAX that these set of exercises are at your own pace and modify up or down as necessary. I started the Christmas jams playlist, which may or may not included Farting Jingle Bells.

ON THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS, MY AOQ GAVE TO ME:

1st Day= Mosey to stop sign

2nd Day= 20 LBCs

3rd Day= 15 Merkins

4th Day= 35 Squats

5th Day= 20 Overhead Press

6th Day= 20 SSHs

7th Day= 25 2ct Flutters

8th Day= 25 Calf Raises

9th Day= 20 Curls

10th Day= 20 Lunges

11th Day= 25 Shoulder Taps

12th Day= 12 Catapult Burpees

At 5:50a.m,. I advised PAX that we have 3 more minutes to finish up strong where ever they were in workout. We all went up the 12 days ladder from the bottom together. We all worked hard right up until the end- constant movement and all got better! We returned blocks and made way back to COT.

Announcements- 12/11- Holiday party at WWP clubhouse; 12/18- Ugly sweater/tank top- Christmas convergence at Republic; 12/21- Judge Judy VQ- 12/21-12/28- YCH will be out of town for much needed family vacation and First Base will assume AOQ duties during this time; Continue to reach out to Kotters or PAX who may be struggling during the holiday season.

I prayed us out- Crabs dad struggling with some health issues; show patience, kindness and god’s love as we go throughout our day.
