The Thang:

5:10 – Pulled in to an empty parking lot and feeling a little muggy at about 68 degrees.

5:14 – Texas Ranger pulls up and promptly plants the shovel flag.  One minute warning.

5:15 – Alright, just the 2 of us so let’s do this.

Warmup:  SSH IC x 20, TTT IC x 15, Windmill IC x 15, 10 Merkins OYO, Imperial Walkers IC x 15, Cross Country Skiers IC x 15, 15 CDD OYO, a short mosey.

Beatdown:

4 corner elevation type workout starting by the coupons – 5 Burpees, Bear Crawl half way and pause for 15 Mountain Climbers IC then finish Bear Crawl to next corner.  5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks IC, Mosey to next corner, 5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks IC 15 Big Boy Situps, Bear Crawl half way and pause for 15 Mountain Climbers IC then finish Bear Crawl to last corner, 5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks IC, 15 BB Situps, and  20 Merkins OYO.  A lap to cool down.

Same concept, but with blocks – 5 Blockees, Mosey to next corner, 5 Blockees, 20 Dips, Rifle carry to next corner, 5 Blockees, 20 Dips, 30 Curls, Mosey to next corner, 5 Blockees, 20 Dips, 30 Curls, and 40 OH Press.  A lap to cool down.

Mosey over the first speed bump.  (I’ll call this) Tempo Squat Broad Jump (Count 1-2-3 for Squat and then Broad Jump) down to Old Glory.  Mosey back to speed bump.  This time Tempo Squat Jump Jump down to Old Glory.  A lap to cool down.

With about 2 minutes left we did Bernie Madoff (half burpee progression) up to 6.

TIME!

I hope you men of F3 were putting it in somewhere, there were just 2 of us in the gloom at this place and this time.  Although, the fellowship gets much tighter with small groups!
