REFLECTION
YHC shared two quotes he came across referencing being grateful.
“You cannot, at the very same time, be grateful and unhappy, or ungrateful and happy.”
“It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things you lack.”

-As you can see above, there was a message to the madness this morning. YHC is very grateful for my F3 brothers both near and far.
-Lot’s of traveling between pain stations as we traveled a good 2.5 miles this morning.
-Unfortunately the traveling led to someone having time to steal the shovel flag, in addition to YHC’s headlamp and water bottle. One can only hope whoever took them need them more than we do. Luckily YHC did hide his Tron vest before we left the AO.
-Enjoyed the visit this week with the Grandstrand crew!
