I think the threat of rain scared away some would be HIM.  Jokes on them, other than the ground being wet it was perfect conditions.  About 71 degrees and NO RAIN.

SSH IC x 20, TTT IC x 20, Windmill IC x 15, Imperial Walkers IC x 20, Cheerleaders IC x 15, 22 Merkins OYO.

Short mosey to corner of lot with coupons (not to be used YET).

4 corners elevator type work out as such:

  • 1st corner – 10 Burpees
  • 2nd corner – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins
  • 3rd corner – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Lunges
  • 4th corner – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Lunges, 40 Big Boys

Then reverse dropping an exercise at each corner.  (In Morgan Freeman’s voice – It was at this moment Rubber about lost his poop*.)

  • 4th – skip
  • 3rd – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Lunges
  • 2nd – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins
  • 1st – 10 Burpees

4 corners again, but with blocks:  (Rubber insisted that I tell him if we were going to run this forward AND in reverse.)

  • 1st – 10 Swings
  • 2nd – 10 Swings, 20 Curls
  • 3rd – 10 Swings, 20 Curls, 30 Tricep Extensions
  • 4th – 10 Swings, 20 Curls, 30 Tricep Extensions, 40 OH Press

Then reverse again (with a compromise due to the mumble chatter)

  • 4th – skip
  • 3rd – 5 Swings, 10 Curls, 20 Tricep Extensions
  • 2nd – 5 Swings, 10 Curls
  • 1st –  5 Swings

Paula Abdul Routine:

Like her song, this goes 2 steps forward and 1 step back.  While moving down the lines in the parking lot we go ahead 2 lines and do 2 Burpees, then back 1 and do 5 Plank Jacks.  Repeat until we reached the end of the lot.

Captain Thor:

Same concept as Jack Webb.  Do 1 Big Boy and 4 American Hammers.  2 Big Boys and 8 American Hammers.  Continue to 10 & 40.

Quick round of Mary consisting of – 25 LBCs, 10 Hand Release Merkins, 15 Big Boys, & 30 second Plank Hold
