The Thang:

YHC arrived about 20min. early to scope the sight conditions. Had planned to be in the football field for the beatdown but the field was drooling with dew and my shoes were soaked after jogging the perimeter. The asphalt became the drier option. The 4 corners of the building parking lot became our arena.

Warm Up

20 LBAC

20LBAC reverse

15 Predator squats

20 Windmills

25 SSH

The Thing:

Mosey between the corners with a set of 25 Merkins at each corner station. The back side of the building included spaced cones with the following exercises between cones:

1) toy soldiers

2) burpees at each parking stripe

3) bear craw

Rinse & repeat with : squats , LBC, and 5 burpees for the corner exercises. NO STOPPING

Mosey to coupon pile for:

50 curls OYO

25 Squats IC

25 OHP IC

25 curls IC

Return to circle for some MARY to finish time

We welcomed #Thrasher who was DR from Statesville , NC.  He stepped right up and penalized ERC for a late arrival with a BURPEE BUY IN.

Finished with COT for a great start to a Saturday Morning !  ISI
