Warm up – Side Straddle Hops IC, Merkins, SS Hops, Tempo Squats, SS Hops, Wide Merkins, Little Baby Arm circles.

Mosey out and around to the Soccer Field for a geometry lesson, Equilateral Triangle?  what is that?  60degree triangle, groups of three

1 Min workouts, 30 sec break to mosey/karaoke to next point of the triangle.     R1 Merkins, Squats, Burpees,  R2 Wide Merkin, Sumo Squat, LBC  R3 SSHops, Lunges, Crunchy Frog.

 

Mosey to telephone pole, double tap cross overs, Mosey to benches.    2 sets of step ups(20 each leg), 20incline merkin, 20dips.

 

Mosey to shed, 3 sets of 45sec wall sits, Mosey to Basketball court, Circle for core beat down to finish workout, big boys, Mountain Climbers, Ray Charles, Freddy Mercury, Flutter Kicks
