All were having plenty of mumblechatter and giggles at the old man gasping for breath but all in fun!

The Thang

Mousey over to get some blocks then it was off to the recreation building. Three stations in rotating fashion –  Rec Building, The cross, and Ball fields

Recreation Center – Blocks –

1. Started the fun with 59 Merkins – at this point Pikachu commenced with some great mumble chatter stating “it looked good on paper didn’t Kiwi” If everyone wasn’t sucking so much wind from the 59 merkins they all would have given a big Aye!

2. 59- Calf raises/squats

3. 29Dips/30Rocky Balboas (not enough room for all 17 around the cross)

3. 30 Flip/Flops (named after Flop since he came up with these) bottom of feet on the wall and lower knees to the ground and back up
