9 Strong men got better today, survived the heat, burpees, some catch me if you cans and the famous balls to the walls.

 

Warmup:

25 SSH in Cadence

25 TTT in Cadence

25 Imperial Walkers in Cadence

25 Windmill’s in Cadence

 

The Thang:

A quick Indian Run around the AO, stopping at our first exercise.

Balls To The Walls – Partner Up

300 Squats – Reps of 25 switch partners

200 – Overhead Presses

100 – Big Boys

10 Burpees

Indian Run To The Baseball Field

5 Burpess

11’s – Big Boy’s and Big Boy’s – hopping over the baseball fence for each set

100 Ballerina Toe Taps

Slow Mosey to the light pole

2 Sets of catch me if you can while partner is doing 5 SSH

1 – 100 yard sprint.

Mosey to the circle

15 count in cadence flutter kicks (rubber style)

22 Merkins

PAX Choice for the last 3 minutes
