Long mosey to the football field/track
The Thang
Relay style- break up into two teams of 3 first pax takes off for a ΒΌ mile run around the track while other pax do AMRAP exercises then the next person in line takes off on the run when he gets back. Stayed in line so when the first pax to run was ready to take off again we switched the exercise.
