I had to get those burpees in since I had a burpeeless beatdown planned.

Mosey over to the Football Fields, stopping half way to do some dips along the guard rails.

At the football field it’s time to get the party started. We are doing 21’s today men. We are doing Bobby Hurley’s (Jump Squats) & Merkins.

Line up on one side of the football field start with 20 Bobby Hurley’s on this side run to opposite side and do 1 Merkin. Each time going down in number of Bobby Hurley’s and up in number of Merkins until we get to 20 Merkins and 1 Bobby Hurley. We pushed each other and helped out the six until all were complete. We then Moseyed back to the Rock parking lot just in time for about 5 minutes of stretches.
