The Thang:

AO: The Plank

Conditions: 47 degrees

This was YHC debut Q at The Plank so I had to make it memorable.

I thought about taking the beatdown off the field and into the parking lot. No one would see that coming! But why? Inside the AO we have a beautiful field, a fantastic track, and great bleachers!! These are the top draws of The Plank and therefore they would be utilized.

YHC was first on the scene, followed shortly thereafter by Castaway (AOQ). Brown Bag was next, then TR and Skid Kong rolled in with a WWP Clowncar. As we walked into the stadium, Pax kept rolling in (especially Rubber). ERC was either on time today or YHC was running late. Either way we circled up and this is what went down.

The THANG:

BlOra (aka Dora on the Beachers)

PAX paired up for a Dora with a twist. As Pax #1 does exercise, Pax Number #2 runs to the top of the Bleachers. When Pax #2 gets to the top he starts doing the exercise & calls up Pax #1 to begin running up the Bleachers.  At the top, Pax #1 continues with exercise count while Pax #2 runs down the Bleachers. At the bottom, Pax #2 begins exercises and calls down Pax #2. . . On and on until each rep count is achieved for each designated exercise.

Mosey to the football field.

Box Sprints

PAX lined up on Home Slideline with 5 feet between each Pax. Pax were instructed to remain in this line formation. 3-2-1 Sprint full throttle across the football field. Line up in formation turn to the left and mosey down the field. Stay in formation. When the first Pax reaches far end zone we stopped and turned the left. 3-2-1 Full Throttle Sprint to opposite sideline. Turn to the left & mosey to opposite endzone.  Stay in formation.  This completed 1 “box sprint”.

PAX completed 4 Box Sprints.

Mosey to the 30yd line and circle up on the Myrtle Beach Medallion.
