Another Attempt at Qing.

So another open Q for Elevation Monday, the second best AO in the region. Waverrucker is still the best, but with all the great Q’s that elevation Mondays has had it might be tough to defend that title. Anyway, YHC was a little nervous about stepping up to take the Q today. Not for failure of skills, or not being able to count in cadence, or any of the other triggers that might set Onecall off. No it was because last time I Qed, I was the only one to show up. Well I took the leap of faith, filled the Q sport on Saturday and posted it on slack.
Now it was time to come up with the beatdown. Since no-one was able to enjoy my last beatdown, why not pull it off the shelf, blow the dust off of it and allow all who would show up an opportunity to enjoy the works of my demented mind.
YHC arrived in the parking lot to see my fellow F3 brothers with rucks and sandbags at the ready. Well all except Fergie who was sans sandbag. But that’s ok.
The weather was what you would expect weather to be in 2020, absolute sucky. Hot, humid and no wind.

The work out:
- place the sandbag at the goal line
move to the bleachers
hit every step going up and down on all for sections
mosey to the sandbag
full clean and squat with a sandbag throw
do this until you cross the 40 yard line
turn around and do bear-crawls with a sandbag drag making sure the sandbag is never more than arms reach away from you.
do this until you cross the goal line
Take a lap
remember to mosey the straightaways
Return to the bleachers
hit every step going up and down on the first three sections
walk to the far gate and get on the track
Mosey to the sandbag
repeat sandbag clean, squat and throw but this time only go until you cross the 30 yard line
continue with sandbag bear crawl drags back across the goal line

Return to the bleachers
hit every step going up and down on the first two sections
walk to the far gate and get on the track
Mosey to the sandbag
Sandbag clean, squat and throws to the 20 yard line
bear crawl sandbag drag back to the goal line

The pax absolutely destroyed this work out. All pax finished in 50 minutes. With the exception for me, I was the slow poke today and finished at 53 minutes. I shared that I was in the “Happy Place” because your never a loser when your trying to get better. When I said this it made Valvano smirk and chuckle.
We spent the rest of the hour stretching.
