- When YHC arrived on location at 0510 and rolled out to check the landscape and concoct the morning workout, I was reminded how each AO has it’s own distinct features to work with. Seven different playgrounds to play on. Can’t wait for the PAX to arrive. After a brief mosey and arriving back at COP, the PAX had circled up and waiting to get started.
