I find that its always a great time to get out to the #Mothership and get a Q in to break up some of the monotony of my routine. Something about going to a place that you don’t normally workout with guys that you don’t necessarily see all the time that makes you push a little harder and get that extra rep in. Due to the indecisiveness of the weather, I decided to play this one out by ear (aka I didn’t plan anything the night before). So as I drove to the AO trying to think of a plan, I see a black truck coming up behind me, swerves around me and passes me only to turn right onto Forbus… as we park, the speed demon emerges and low and behold its Jingles! (Apparently this is a habit, just ask him what happened on his way to BombSquad on 2/10!) Fistbump to Jingles as I immediately call out 1 min to the rest of the PAX that got there much earlier than we did (Headgear, Flash, and Weedeater).

Looked around for any other pax to join us, but it would be a tight crew today.

Seems like the last few times that I’ve Q’d at WH its been a little rainy, so the garage escalator has always been a good fall back plan

Level 1 – 5 x Burpees

Backpedal up the ramp

Level 2 – 5 x Burpees

– 10 x Squats

Backpedal halfway up the ramp, turn and sprint the rest of the way

Level 3 – 5 x Burpees

– 10 x Squats

– 20 Merkins

Backpedal halfway up the ramp, turn and sprint the rest of the way

Level 4 – 5 x Burpees

– 10 x Squats

– 20 Merkins

– 30 BBSU

Backpedal halfway up the ramp, turn and sprint the rest of the way

Level 5 – 20 x Alternating Shoulder Taps (2 count)

– 20 Mountain Climbers (2 count)

Mosey down the stairs

Conveyor Belt: One pax will call out an exercise for the other pax to do AMRAP. Pax that calls the exercise will run up to the next level and down the stairs. Rinse and repeat.
