“Ruck Up” and we’re off thru Grand Park to Farrow Park to Warbird Park near the intersection of Farrow Parkway and S Kings Hwy/Hwy 17 Business. At Warbird Park the following was successfully completed . . . a 20 minute AMRAP:
Burpees – 5x
Squats – 5x
Mountain Climber – 5x (4-Count)
Merkins – 5x
Sit Up – 5x
Ruck Curls – 5x
Round 2 – add five reps; Round 3 add five reps; Round 4 add five reps . . . once 20 reps in Round 4 was accomplished deduct five reps for each subsequent Round.
Took a minute or two to collect ourselves, rucked up and back to the Forbus Ct parking lot. 5+ miles in the books.
Count-A-Rama, Name-A-Rama, Announcements, Prayer Requests, Prayer . . . Out.
