Mosey to concession area
The Beatdown:
Dora 100/200/300 – Merkins/Big Boys/ Squats. PAX exercise while partner did lap around baseball field.
Lined up in big parking lot for:
- Crab Walk w/ 10 Merkins on every other line, mosey back.
- Toy Solder walk w/ 10 Plank Jacks on every other line, mosey back.
- Burpee every other line, Bear Crawl Back.
- Broad Jump Burpee every other line, Bear Crawl Back.
Mosey to stretch by light posts for sprints:
- Sprint 1/3 of way and do 25 Merkins.
- Sprint 2/3 of way and do 50 American Hammers.
- Sprint all of the way and do 75 SSH.
