It was a cold start to the morning and it was a great start to the week!  The feeling of slaying that dragon first thing in the morning on a cold day is great and goes into the cookie jar so we can all say, yes I have done that before!

I tried to rename Freddie Mercurys to Rick James.

Lots of #mumblechatter about the number of reps…100 burpees…but time flew by!  Everyone killed it!

Turning 40 this week and I am appreciative of the opportunitiy to lead and be lead by this group of men in F3!
