The Thang:

Backblasts are better late than never.  Quaker let it be know this morning (6/18/19) at Kitten’s final Q that Backblasts are a must and I don’t want to be called out.

Conditions:  Warm and muggy.

1 minute warning.

Disclaimer.

Warmup:  SSH IC x 20, TTT IC x 20, 5 Burpees OYO, Imperial Walkers IC x 15, Tempo Squats IC x 15, 5 Burpees OYO, Mosey to coupons for LBAC IC x 15 (with small bricks), LBAC in reverse IC x 15 (with small bricks), and OH Press IC x 15 (with small bricks)

Mosey together around AO back to shovel flag.

11s with a little extra –  4 PAX lined up in front of the flag looking over the parking lot islands and to the end of the parking lot.  Start with 10 Mike Tyson Merkins, Bear Crawl to 1st island, Mosey to 2nd island for 10 Big Boys, Mosey to end for 1 Iron Mike.  We continued until we got to 1 Mike Tyson Merkin and 10 Iron Mikes while always doing the Bear Crawl and 10 Big Boys.

Under Quaker (this is why you do the backblast right away, I can’t remember what the exercises were but it was something like this)

  • 5 Jump Squats and a short lap around the parking
  • 5 Jump Squats, 10 Burpees, and a short lap around the parking lot
  • 5 Jump Squats, 10 Burpees, 15 LBCs, and a short lap around the parking lot
  • 5 Jump Squats, 10 Burpees, 15, LBCs, 20 CDDs, and a short lap around the parking lot
