Well I only picked up this Q, because 2 weeks ago I was still within striking distance of Candy Cane for the First F Challenge. But then he decided to put himself down for every single run Q for the month and continued his routine of pre-running each beatdown and put the issue to rest for who’s gonna win this thing. BUT… now we have a solid battle for second. Leave it Pikachu to bribe his way onto the Q sheet and pick up a run Q at the Plank today, but get points wherever you can men… can’t fault him too much.

Well I was hoping to see a newer PAX this morning as Bernie HC’d for Friday, but after seeing him pop up on the name-o-rama video from the Plank on Thursday, I wasn’t sure if he was going to make it. Candy Cane must’ve put a hurt on the guys yesterday, because he was a no-show, but a newer PAX still showed up. Putt Putt came back out after showing up to Catapult for the first time yesterday and introduced himself to the slowly growing group. Found out he was EH’d by the Beast himself, Hamburglar, but where was he today?!

Group Mosey around the AO to end up at the coupon pile. Grab a block and head to the field.

Time for some field work

  • 3 curls starting at the goal line, rifle carry ten yards, 3 curls, continue down the field to the opposite goal line
  • Drop the block, mosey 200 yards (down and back)
  • 3 Squats at the goal line, rifle carry ten yards, 3 squats, continue down the field
  • Drop the block, mosey 200 yards (down and back)

Pick up the block and head to the big lot

100 – Curls

  • Partner 1 – AMRAP Curls
  • Partner 2 – Run across the lot and back

200 – Squats (w/ or w/o block)

  • Partner 1 – AMRAP Squats
  • Partner 2 – Run across the lot and back

Take the coupons back to the block pile and circle up at the flag.
