When I signed up to Q at Catapult last month, I totally forgot about the Iron Pax Challenge. Then as August went on, the chatter across the nation started to heat up and here we are on the cusp of another September IPC. As customary, F3 Greenwood dropped the Week 0 workout on Sunday so that PAX across the nation can get acclimated to the type of workouts that will be part of the challenge as well as to stress test the scoring system to help iron out any kinks before the challenge officially starts. Since pretty much every single man from Catapult has signed up for this year’s IPC, it seemed like a good time to fit it in.
