The Thang:

Conditions– PERFECT- High 50s/Low 60s and pleasant

YHC headed down to Catapult with the anticipation of getting down faster than usual with the new open west bound lane on Carolina Forest Blvd. It’s a relief not being worried about a head-on collision with the traffic going westbound.

Pikachu was the first to arrive and we got a few minutes of 2nd F time together talking about what’s going in our personal lives.

Gave the one minute warning and circled-up to start the COP. The other PAX arrived, and Candy Cane, as usual, came in on 2 wheels.

F3 mission was stated and disclaimer was given. I had a little friendly banter and mumble-chatter with Kiwi about who was on Q leading the group this morning. It was great to see my brother back in action.

The Thang

Moseyed/ Indian Run to baseball field bleachers. 25 Dips & 25 Step-up OYO. Indian Run to coupon pile to pick-up blocks. Mosey backed to COP, and I gave the following set of instructions: While one PAX moseyed around the church, the other PAX went up and down the ladder set of exercises until every PAX completed their run:

25- Merkins on block

25- Squats w/ block

35- Curls

25-Flutter Kicks w/ block

25- Shoulder Presses

Once all PAX completed their run, we played spin the F3 bottle:

Hojo called 20 2ct Shoulder Taps OYO, and then I instructed all PAX to mosey to cross and back to COP

Kiwi called 20 2ct Mountain Climbers

ODouls called 10 Monkey Humpers  (and then spun and landed on me again) & 20 Dry Docks IC
