First up:  Short mosey & 50 LBCs, short mosey & 40 BBSUs, short mosey & 30 LBCs, short mosey & 20 BBSUs, short mosey & 10 LBCs.  Stopped in big parking lot for next exercise.

Suicides on every other parking lot line to the end.  TTT IC x 15 to stretch it out.

Second up:  25 Flutter Kicks IC & short mosey, 20 Hello Dolly IC & short mosey, 20 Flutter Kicks IC x 20 & short mosey, 15 Hello Dolly IC & short mosey, 15 Flutter Kicks IC.  Stopped in big parking lot again for 20 Burpees OYO.

Third up:  25 Mtn Climbers IC & short mosey, 25 Plank Jacks IC & short mosey, 20 Mtn Climbers IC & short mosey, 20 Plank Jacks & short mosey, 15 Mtn Climbers IC.  Bernie Madoff routine up to 10.

Fourth up:  25 Am Hammers IC & short mosey, 20 Alt Shoulder Taps IC & short mosey, 15 Am Hammers IC & short mosey, 10 Alt Shoulder Taps IC & short mosey, 5 Am Hammers IC.  Stopped by cross for 200 single count Rocky Balboas.  Mosey to big parking lot & did Windmill IC x 15 to stretch it out.

Fifth up:  F***F*** Goose (basically Duck Duck Goose) – All PAX hold plank until you are tagged it and then chase the one who tagged you.  About a minute or two left, so we did a backwards mosey back to the shovel flag.
