So I slacked in getting the Q sheet filled this month and thought a random Pax would show up I could pawn the Q off onto but that didn’t happen. So here we are, I don’t fill the sheet, I get to Q. Didn’t really have a plan but I think it worked out just fine.

1) 100 Tricep Ext, No partners sets of 25 then run down and back

2) 100 Upright Rows, No partners sets of 25 then run down and back

3) 100 OHP, No partners sets of 25 then run down and back

4) 100 Mtn Climbers (2ct), No partners sets of 25 then run down and back

5) 200 Dips, Use to big blocks vertical. Partner up traditional Dora style, P2 run down and back

6) Curl Mania, Rep Count 🤷🏻‍♂️. Last exercise four sets. Burn biceps out four times. Rep count is why you can do. I remember my sets as follows. first 70, second 60, third 55, fourth 40. 35 lb block and four rounds of getting burned out. Pax are going to feel those tomorrow.


ended up running  a little late today. Had to return blocks.
