I gave the disclaimer and let everyone know that I pulled this from the workouts I’ve done over the last 4 months. Some things I didn’t mind doing and some that I absolutely hated doing.

Here we go.

SSH – 40 (I on 50 but keeping the cadence is harder than expected)

22 Merkins

20 TTT

LBAC- 20 front and 20 backward

 

Mosey to the bridge

15 Merkins

20 Big Boys

25 Squats

 

Mosey to the next bridge

15 Merkins

20 Big Boys

25 Squats

 

Recover walk over the bridge

15 Merkins

20 Big Boys

25 Squats

 

Then Mosey to the next bridge in the center of the park

I don’t know the name of the next one, I think it is a 1×4 (1 Merkin – 4 overhead presses)

We counted that up to 10 Merkins and 40 overhead presses

Recover walk over the bridge

25 Prisoner Squats

25 Sumo Squats

Bear crawl to the middle of the bridge and Crawl Bear the rest of the way on the bridge

 

On the six for the next part

10 Box Cutters

6 inches for 30 seconds

 

Then to the picnic areafor 10 step ups per leg and 10 more Merkins

Then back to the AO
