The Thang:
YHC arrived around 5:10 to find Pikachu chopping at the bit to get going. Weather was 40s cool with a great moon to light up the beat down. Set up the four corner placards for instruction and was joined by Pikachu and O’Douls for warm up. Started and Humpback came in at the one minute mark to make it four strong for the 4 corner, 4 exercise, 4 round (almost), 400 hundred exercises per round – workout done by 4 men.

Mosey to coupon pile for blocks and over to ball field parking lot for work
Four corners with one being the cross in front of church.
Corner one – blocks
40 curls, 30 Tri Ext, 20 inclined rows, 10 Lion Kings
Corner 2 – meet me at the cross
40 step ups, 30 Dips, 20 inclined merkins, 10 Carolina Dry Docks
Pray for someone you know who needs the prayer
Corner 3
40 SSH, 30 lunges, 20 mountain climbers, 10 merkins
Corner 4
40 squats, 30 LBCs, 20 hello dollies, 10 American hammers
Two full rounds 800 total exercise before the church bells at 6:00 AM less than one half hour followed by another full round of 10 each exercise and then one last turn with the blocks and we finished at the cross (great place to finish BTW)
Pikachu prayed us out there we then returned the blocks for COT
