The Thang:

Conditions : upper 30’s Relatively nice.

I brought my Bluetooth speaker and put on Turbo channel on Sirius which is heavy stuff.  Makes you want to work out or trash something. LOL..

20 SSH’s IC,   20 IW’s IC, 10 Good Mornings IC, 10 Windmills IC, 20 TTT IC, 22 Merkins OYO.

Mosey to the “Fountain of Youth” at McClain Park

Partner up.  One pax does Dips while partner runs to Pull up bar for a solid pull up then alternate. After a couple sets of this,  One pax does Dirkins while pax B runs to pull up bar for a Pull up.

Mosey to “Yoga Mat” for some Jack Webbs.  (1 Big Boy followed by 4 air presses then 2 and 8, 3 and 12 . You get the picture. Think we completed 5 or 6.

Off to the Tennis courts.

Here we did some pax choice.  Pax calls an exercise then bear crawls to half the length of court then Karaoke across, then bear crawl and back to Karaoke back. Rest of pax do the requested exercise in the mean time.

Let’s mosey to picnic shelter .

Partner up.  One pax does step ups while pax B does 25 Squats. Alternate. 2 rounds of this then back towards the AO as we are short on time.

In route to AO we stopped at a p lot with curbs. perfect for some Calf Raises.  Time was short but not to short to do 5 Burpees OYO.

Back to AO .  Time!
