The Thang:

Weather: Cold!!! about 44 degrees or so.

Wow, now that I have lost some weight I really do feel the cold. Also, I think now that I am 50 my skin is very thin like a little old man!! It is all good though because I feel better then I ever have and I owe it all to you guys holding me accountable and cheering me on as I try to defeat this thing called “dieting” uuuuggghhhhhh!!!!! Very difficult but my dance moves are improving and not to mention the looks I get from the M!!!

I was very excited about the workout I had planned because it had Blocks in it!! Oh Blocks…….the memories……oh the memories……and then there was Flash………wait where in the hell is Flash?? Has anybody seen him??? If so tell him I said HI! I sure do miss him!! His ripped abs and slick running oh and don’t forget his hair wow his hair sure did get interesting some days!! Flash if your out there it is time to come back!!

I pulled up to the parking lot to drop off blocks, set up cones and figure out the plan of my Q. I seen two shadows running up. Oh!! it was Franklin and Disconnect coming over to help me. So damn Sweet of them!!  Thanks Guys! They then ran off in the dark howling out loud to get Hamburglars attention to do the pre run together.

I finished setting up and walked back to parking lot to see karma cuddled up in his warm car with a look on his face of don’t you even think that I am getting out of this car until the Q in ready to go!! You all know that karma of do not mess with me until I wake up!!

The next group of exercises were done at 5 cone points around the track

10 SSH

10 BURPEES

10 JUMP SQUATS

10 PLANK JACKS

10 HIGH KNEES

I liked this because kept our heart rates up

MOSEY TO PARKING LOT WHERE I HAD SET UP BLOCKS

Now it was kinda funny here because there was a lot of oh mans, wth’s, here we go’s, oh no blocks and a bunch of other comments as we ran up on them all set up for a beat down that consisted of the following:

EXERCISES:

75 BURPEES WITH BLOCKS Oh wait I was corrected at this point and was told they were Man Makers

100 FLASH A NATORS ( Because I Miss Him!)

125 SQUAT THRUST

150 BENCH AND FLUTTER COMBO!!

Now I have to say that this was challenging.  I really felt every bit of this part of the beat down. I also heard a lot of gripping and moaning!

Everyone did a amazing job!! I will say Gino got really serious when he ripped off his hoodie that was keeping him warm!!

Shout out to Hamburglar. He has really been amazing with his running and his form was on the money with the exercises.  Good job Man!  Weedeater would have been proud of you!

Spork was a fantastic partner this morning enjoyed defeating the blocks with you!
