Mosey – One Lap, hold plank on north goal line
Alternating Shoulder Tap – 15x (4-count)
Mosey – partial lap, up/down all four aisles of stadium steps, hold plank on north goal line.
Begin at Goal Line – Lunge to 10 yard line, one squat; continue to 20 yard line, two squats; to 30 yard line, three squats, to 40 yard line, four squats, to 50 yard line, five squats and down every 10 yards w/ respective squats to far goal line and mosey back to start.
