The Thang:

Conditions : Upper 40’s with breeze.

YHC rolled in at 5:10 to find Chicken Little and Quicksand there.  Just received text from Cubby that he was running a few behind so we went ahead and got started.

15 TTT to stretch things out a bit.  Next was right leg over left  bending down till it burned. Switch to left over right,

20 IW’s,  LBAC’s 10 forward,10 reverse, 10 OC’s, 10 Seal Claps.

I started to explain the workout we were doing and Cubby rolls in with the sound of those big knobby tires of his S.C. implant Boy of the South Truck.

I explained this was a workout One Call brought up here a couple years ago.  I happen to like it because it works your Arms, Core, and Legs really well and doesn’t require a lot of running.  Those who know me know that I’m not a big fan of running.  I mean I just suck at it but I’ll do it if you want to bring it.  I break this routine out every once in a while.  This is probably due to limited creativity from time to time.

Chicken little brought to light that the four corners we were going to use might be compromised by our homeless friends that have a tendency to urinate on the parking lot. We then moved to the Haskins restaurant where the smell of Hickory smoked bacon filled the air.  MMMMmmmmm.  Here we go!

On each corner we did 10 exercises and after each corner we returned to center and did a repetitious exercise.  I brought my Sonos Bluetooth speaker for musical entertainment.  It went as follows.

Round 1 – Corner 1 – 10 Merkins, Corner 2 – 10 Wide arm Merkins, Corner 3 – 10 Diamond Merkins, Corner 4 – 10 Hand Release Merkins. (In between each corner 5 Burpees.)

Round 2 –  Corner 1 – 10 BB sit-ups, 2- 10 4 count FK’s,  3- 4 count LBC’s,  4- 10 Turkish get ups. (10 Heels to Heaven after each corner) I think this is when Pantera tune kicked in. YEAAAAA grrr

Round 3 – Corner 1 – 10 Squats, 2- 10 Prisoner Squats, 3- 10 Somu Squats, 4- 10 alternating Squats. (10 Jump Squats after each corner)

Good work!  Let’s Mosey to picnic area at the park for some 11’s

25 Step Ups OYO.  Mosey to Gazebo on the pond.

11’s Big Boys and Dips. Started with 10 BB’s, Run to Gazebo for 1 Dip and so on.

Time was running short so we moseyed back to AO.  Time!

We did our COT as (King of Social Media) Quicksand took assorted pictures to promote in hopes of growing our cause.

YHC prayed us out.

We got better and as always, Privilege to Lead.
