The Thang-
YHC has learned the best Qs can’t be over thought and better on the fly. We started with a standard warm up of Harry Rockettes, LB arm circles, and tempo squats. Next we slow mosied down CF Blvd for a little warn up. On the way back we circled around flag pole for 30 dips and 30 incline merkins. Imperial walker for 50 yards, 30 tempo squats, imperial walker for 50 yards, 30 tempo squats.
Next we mosied to the coupon pile to grab our apparatus of choice.
First round 30 curls, rifle carry 50 or so yards, 30 rows, rifle another 50yds and 30 overhead press, Worked our way back in reverse. Next it 30 block Merkins, rifle carry 50 yds, 30 block merkins, rifle carry 50 yds, 30 block merkins, worked our way back in reverse.
Next we did non stop curls while each of us took turns moseying to the end of the parking lot and back. Last lift was non stop overhead presses while we took turns moseying to the end of the parking lot and back.

A little Mary and stretching.
