In pairs:

100 Burpee, 150 Hand release merkin, 200 Big boy situp, 250 side strattle hop, 300 LBC

Then the loop of pain:

Run a loop around the lake, stopping periodically to do 15 flash knee high jump squats, great cardio

Good workout, no rest, just hard work
