The Thang:

Drove up on the close of Rousey’s pre ruck finish and some last minute Judi-Chop.

Circled up for one minute call and started the warmup. SSH, TTT, Merkins, Arm raises(front and side), shoulder rotators, and overhead presses. Followed with an Indian run around the AO to the ballparks. Started a reverse order of B.O.M.B.S. PAX partnered up. Partner 1 lapped the ball field, while the Partner 2 exercises. Team effort to complete 250 Squats, 200 BBS, 150 Merkins, 100 OHC, and 50 Burpees. All PAX planked on the 6 between each exercise completion.

Vitamin D took the reigns over to the coupon station and set up a PAX choice round robin for some block-work. Worked through 2 full cycles including, but not limited to curls, blasters, Squats, BBS, flutterkicks, etc.

Followed with a couple rounds of Catch me if You Can. Time called, PAX counted, N-O-R, announcements, prayers and praise for COT.

Buffett and Peach headed off to Coffetorium.
