Short mosey to the track and YHC called out for PAX to line up for an Indian Run … going clockwise #mindsblown.  YHC didn’t realize a change of direction would be so thrilling for the PAX…

After one lap, PAX continued the mosey over the bridge to Valor Park to get to work.

PAX circled up in plank position at corner while YHC explained what would go down:

Four Corners:

Start with 10 merkins at corner 1, then mosey around VP back to the start and hold plank on the 6
Second lap: 10 merkins at corner 1, mosey to corner 2 for 10 merkins, mosey around VP and hold plank on the 6
Third lap: 10 merkins at the first 3 corners, mosey back to corner 1 and hold plank on the 6
Fourth lap: 10 merkins at each corner, return to corner 1 and hold plank on the 6

There was a fair amount of #mumblechatter about the number of merkins (only 100), namely from Geno “Did OneCall write this Q for you?”

Next set of Four Corners:

Same incremental increase in reps, this time with Squats and holding Al Gore on the 6.  Pax would mosey from corner 1 to 2 and corner 3 to 4 and reverse mosey the other sections.  4 laps, adding a corner of 10 squats on each lap. (100 squats)

Again, #mumblechatter ensued (primarily from Geno) about the amount of cardio.

At this point, YHC had 2 more rounds of Four Corners planned, but only time for 1, so AOQ Flash was asked to choose A or B.  He went with A, which was 20 SSH at the corners with Karaoke in between.  Switch lead shoulder at each corner on the Karaoke.  On the second round, the PAX seemed to forget the sequence and we ended up just doing 20 SSHs at all four corners.  This ended up working out though as time was running out.  YHC called for SSH on the 6 and then added 20 more once everyone regrouped.

Interestingly, there was very little #mumblechatter on the 3rd set.  Always interesting how the #mumblechatter initially spikes, but then quickly fades as the PAX focus on breathing.

With time running low, YHC regrouped the PAX across the street and we lined up for another Indian Run back to the flag.  Full sprints were called for the Indian Run and all PAX put in max effort.

Still 2 minutes remaining once we reached the cars, so YHC called for 38 American Hammers IC.

YHC jumped on this date on the Q sheet for a bday Q, but honestly just wanted to roll over and fart sack when the alarm went off.  That’s not what F3 is about though (even though YHC did just that accidentally on Monday…) and I’m glad I didn’t.  On the way to Warthog this morning I tried to decide when I was last in the physical shape that I currently am at 38.  My best guess is probably 23, when I graduated college and got married – if not younger!  I still have a long ways to go, but am thankful for the men of F3GrandStrand and the daily accountability and fellowship.
