YHC finally bit the Q bullet, and would like to thank the aforementioned PAX for joining him on a wonderful spring morning. We started with a 3 mile mosey around the pond, during which I learned how many laps it takes to get 3 miles. During our semi-weekly mileage there was a little chatter and YHC was able to broach his idea of a brew-ruck for some simultaneous F2, and 1 action. This would entail the men of F3 performing a brewery tour of the great breweries we are blessed to have in the 29579 while also getting some mileage under load in. . Upon completion of the 3 miles, we went over to the track where YHC got to show the Waverucker crew the joys of Iron Mikes, where we did them across the breadth of the field and back. After the second event, we wrapped up the day with a nice little 15min amrap, of 5 ruck thrusters, 10 pull-ups with or without ruck, and 15 burpees with or without ruck. We ended some ROTH stretching; and broke up into our COT.
