The Thang:

Conditions: High 70s and a little humid. The ground was more damp than last week at #Warthog, but no goose crap.

The #Weinke for this week was a rinse and repeat of last week plus a little extra as follows:

1. Rear naked choke

2. Bar-chancery choke (2 variations)

3. Flat crank

4. 3/4 reverse lever choke

5. Ankle lock with heel hook variation

6. Knee bar

7. Arm bar

8. Triangle choke

9. Various high percentage pins and transitions.

10.  A comprehensive chain chalked full of pins, subs., sweeps, and an occasional questionably unmanly moments of contact.

Glad to have an opportunity to refresh myself (I am rusty) and teach these high percentage submissions and pins.  We’ll work these again weather & ground conditions permitting Saturday 9/15.  Both of us will be on DR this Saturday.  Not together mind you.  Already too much close quarter contact.



What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you — guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.
