The Thang:

Conditions:  About 60 degrees and a little damp.  Rain held off except for a slight drizzle that lasted less than 2 minutes.  After a year of getting up early I finally have a routine that gets me to a 530 beatdown at about 528.   Definitely not early enough to beat One Call or Quaker, but plenty of time to beat Rubber and a couple others.

COP:  20 SSH IC, 15 TTT IC, 20 Imperial Walkers IC, 15 Jump Squats OYO, 20 LBACs IC, 20 LBACs Reverse IC, & 20 OH Press IC

Mosey 1 lap around the AO.

Thang:  Started by grabbing 2 pallets to be pushed around AO as we made stops for exercises.  PAX took turns to make sure the pallets made it back to the shovel flag.

1st stop:  Merkin Mania – 5 Merkins, 5 Diamond Merkins, 5 Wide Arm Merkins, 5 Ranger Merkins, hold Plank, hold Low Plank, alternate right & left arm up, 20 Shoulder Taps IC, 5 Merkins.

2nd stop:  11s – Big Boys and Burpees.

3rd stop:  Not sure what to call this.  PAX lined up along outfield fence behind 3rd base.  All jumped fence and did burpee jump, except the last PAX that ran to the front of the line.  Repeated this until we ended behind 1st base.

4th stop:  2 rounds of Catch Me if You Can.

5th stop:  Captain Thor up to 10 Big Boys and 40 American Hammers.
