YHC has a nagging knee injury that comes and goes. Lately, it’s been coming more than going. A low impact, no running Q would be in order.
The heaviness of the loss of Hightower has been on YHC’s mind as well and want to make sure that time is spent talking with the PAX about him. YHC has never personally met Hightower but just knowing that many of my F3 brothers have had the honor to know him makes it feel that I have known him too.
