The Thang:

In planning out the Q for today, YHC decided to piggy back off Hoser’s Q last week and focus on ruck + sandbag movements in various forms.

Start off with a ruck lap followed by a ruck+SB lap to get warmed up
*it was here that Bling kept his streak alive and the title of the BB was penned*

Next, starting at the the corner of the end zone we snaked back and forth across the field as follows:
– Sandbag on right shoulder along the length of the end zone
– Clean/toss sand bag to the 10 yd line
– Sandbag on left shoulder back across the field
– Toss sandbag overhead/backwards to the 20 yd line
– Right hand farmer carry, clean/toss to the 30
– Left hand farmer carry, overhead toss to the 40
– Zelcher (now known as the Hoser) carry, clean/toss to the 50
– Front carry (the real Zelcher), overhead toss to the 60

Recuperate with a ruck lap followed by a ruck+SB lap, ended back at the corner of the end zone

Same routine as before with the following movements:
– Right hand forward drag SB, clean/toss
– Left hand forward drag SB, overhead toss
– Right hand backwards drag SB, clean/toss
– Right hand forward drag SB, overhead toss
– Left hand forward drag SB, clean/toss
– Left hand backwards drag SB, overhead toss

Recuperate with a ruck lap followed by a ruck+SB lap, ended back at the corner of the end zone

YHC decided to modify here and see if we could squeeze out 2 more rounds rinsing and repeating the above. Instead of the tosses, we would just continue the carry to the next yard line and then switch. We made it through the first round, took another ruck lap and ruck+sandbag lap, and had about 3 minutes left and opted to stretch our the hamstrings a bit before calling time.
