The Thang:

Four real men got out of the fartsack braved a little liquid sunshine and got much better.

Warm up- Through the tunnel, merkins, hamstring stretching, over head press, arm circles, cherry pickers

Beat down- 30 dips and 30 step ups around the cross mosey around AO

AMRAP with blocks- 100 thrusters, 100 overhead presses, 100 curls, 100 merkins. The 2nd guy moseyed to cross for 25 step ups and bear crawled back to shelter

Moseyed around the AO.

We planked for the entire Widespread Panic classic “Climb to Safety” while doing merkins whenever we heard the chorus. Be glad it was the studio version.
