The Thang:

Arrived this morning early enough to get my cones out for my Q and Karma and Jingles were already there. Hey guys!! come give me a hand! Karma says, “dude i am preparing my head for the workout”. I said what? He said I need time dude I cat be doing anything before we start the workout lol. okay then!!! I thought that was entertaining but eventually they both helped me set them up. Yay here comes HeadGear we will have a flag!!! Was not long after that that everyone arrived.

Let’s get this party started!!

Mosey to end of track for Indian run a full lap

Mosey to side of field with all my lovely cones set up!

I had the cones spaced approx. 10 yards apart 6 cones so about 50 to 60 yards give or take.

First we did the merkin ladder. Bear Crawl to first cone do 2 merkins. Then Bear crawl to 2nd cone to do 4 merkins. all the way to the end which is six cones adding merkins by 2.

Run back and do Big Boys on the six. everyone back ok 25 Bigboys OYO but all together!! lol I got heat for that kinda funny.

Recover for second run which consist of doing same concept but with lunges & squats! 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 run back do LBC’s for the six.

Recover for 3rd run which went like Suicides but this time with burpees! So run to first cone do 1 Burpee and run back. Then to  2nd cone do 2 burpees and back so on and so on

until all six cones are finished. American Hammers on six. Then 25 IC when six returned.

Recover for next run.

Great job by all this morning!! I love all these guys they really are a fun bunch of dudes! As always, it is a honor to lead each and everyone of them!
