Quiet on the Sets

YHC has attended a few virtual beatdowns over the past 2 weeks, however, I have been hesitant to Q one due to the potential noise factor. I feared I might wake the dog and in turn wake the M. It was one thing to be quiet as a participant of a virtual beatdown but how would YHC be able to Q one in silence?
Brown Bag has done the heavy lifting for virtual beatdowns. He has led the majority, and has set up each Zoom link (#T-claps). So when Brown Bag asked YHC specifically to Q Monday, how could I say, “No”? It was B.I.G. Monday after all and Brown Bag was very persistent!!
I knew exactly what I wanted to do for the beatdown; it was the same daily routine YHC and others have been doing since the beginning of April . . . “Texas Ranger’s Stupid April Challenge”.
YHC knew the reps (100) and the exercises involved (merkins, BBS, squats, & burpees) all I had to decide is how to break the reps down into workable sets. Normally YHC just cranks out 100 Burpees right up front to get them out of the way, then its 3 or 4 sets of the other 3 exercises depending on my mood (#HappyQauker and/or #AngeryQuaker). But today, I figured I’d take it easy on the PAX and break up the burpees and do at least 1 additional set of the other 3 exercises. Who knows maybe there would be a Virtual FNG in our midst this a.m.
YHC was up early this morning (approximately 4:30) due to the wind hollowing outside my window. Since I was up, might as well check on the patio furniture and tie down the trampoline. After that I headed into the garage to logged on to ZOOM. Then waited . . . Stretched . . .then waited some more. At about 5:25 Brown Bag & Disconnect logged on. We greeted one another and relaxed for the next 4 minutes hoping that others would soon join us. With no FNG and no other PAX joining in, it was time to begin . . . This is how it went down!

5 Sets of 20 Merkins; 20 BBS; 20 Squats (5 sets x 20 reps = 100 Merkins, 100 BBS, & 100 Squats)
Between exercises (not each set) we did 7 Burpees OYO = 15 sets of 7 Burpees = 105 Burpees total
It took approximately 30 minutes to complete TR’s Stupid April Challenge.
With our remaining 10 minutes we did . . .
