Well the day has finally come #SandBlox and I was ready!! I mean I had better be being as though Flash and I have been secretly doing Blocks for about a year or so. SSSSHHHHH!!! Don’t tell anyone. Oh wait they know already! DOH. Well we had to start our debut without Flash but It’s all good I got this!! Lets get to work!

I pulled up hoping someone was there but it look as though everyone was out rucking early or doing a nice pre run. Oh well guess I will have to carry the blocks down to the Beach Gasp!!

Well hello there franklin!! Onecall Yes I was glad to see him out there!!. wait who is that……. Bling also well well well. This is gonna be fun!! We ended up having about 12 blocks so it worked out well Of course Onecalls was the grooviest!! and not to mention the heaviest lol. What??? NO FLAG???? GGRRRRRR. I really have to make that quick!!

3rd exercise:

Over Head Tricep extensions 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

Mosey about 75 to 100 yards and back

4th exercise:

Curls Control good form  3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

5th exercise

Good Mornings 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

6th exercise

Bench overhead extensions with feet six inches off ground. 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

Mosey about 75 to 100 yards and back

Partner Up

One person do double block stand up flies 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

other partner do 25 LBC’s 20 Big Boys 15 American Hammers

7th exercise 22 Merkins IC On Block

Mosey about 75 to 100 yards and back

8th exercise

Burpee then Squat and launch Block (Flashes Homemade Beauty!) 12, 10, 8 Reps

9th exercise:

Knee Knee Squat Press Move 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

10th exercise

Block Slam 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps

11th exercise

American Hammers w/ Block 3 Sets 12, 10, 8 Reps
