This was a brutal workout that Hoedown and I intend to take to Manning as the Snotwoggler. We had hoped to see more PAX out for this beat down so we could receive some feedback on how to make it worse! Maybe we will have to sneak it in as a “special guest Q” in the coming weeks to see what the group thinks about it.

Running around the track partner 1 preforms 10 LBCs while other partner 2 back pedals. Once LBCs are completed partner 1 sprints to catch partner 2 while partner 2 tries to go faster.
