Qing the Village is always special because it was the first AO YHC posted to. YHC was reminded of the Kraken Burpee last Saturday by a DR PAX so they just had to be incorporated into today’s beatdown. Then it hit, BOMBS. Burpees (the Kraken variety), Overhead Press, Merkins, Big Boy Situps, and Squats. All quality exercises for the PAX.
Arrived at The Village and Castaway had his rig already positioned to hold the gate open, Sweet! Parked and then ran the world-famous DJ equipment to the front of the building to be ready for the Main Event. As YHC was running back, Hamburglar pulled in. Pleasantries were exchanged and then Rubber came in burning rubber as the one-minute warning was being called.
The proper disclaimer was shared and then at 0530 we rolled like this:
