Mosey to bleachers for 20 dips

Mosey to back field for 4 cone setup.

Cone 1: 10 Merkins then bear craw to cone 2

Cone 2: 10 Squats then bear craw to cone 3

Cone 3: 10 Big Boy situps then bear craw to cone 4

Cone 4: 10 Car. Dry Docks

Recover

Slow mosey to coupon pile

30 curls IC (60 curls)

20 Bentover rows OYO

Return to field to repeat cone exercise

Then to back building for 22Merkins OYO

Back to bleachers for 20 dips

Mosey to cross for 20 Rocky Balboa

Return to COT for some Mary

20 Flutter kicks IC

15 American Hammers IC

20 LBC OYO

10 WW2 Situps ( Thanks to Candy Cane)
