At each end

15 Merkins

15 Squats

Change up the Merkin and the Squat

End at the other end of the bleachers – Plank on the Six ( it is really just them waiting on me)

 

I was basically done at the point so I put the Mary in here rather than at the end. This is where we discovered that the inventor of the Murder Bunny was in our mist – Crayola from F3 Greenwood. We all hate those  but Crayola was a really nice guy despite the Murder Burry thing.

We went to the end zone and as we went down the line running to the 25 and back the other Pax planked. Then we went two at a time as the others held 6 inches. There was one elbow drop by Tiny Dancer on Castaway but he may have slipped. Buffet quietly went about his business and killed it this morning. Crocs tried to get us to show up for a pre run at Warthog, we thought about it until he said he would be at a 7:30 pace, he lost us all there. Air head beat me on the stairs and crushed it everywhere else, thank you for the opportunity to lead.
