HIGH 70’s HUMID!
Warthog! YHC let Headgear know to put Brown Bag on the Q schedule and today is the day! YHC arrived nice and early to survey the AO and to set up the 6 Station Beatdown. A steady flow of PAX rolled in but no Hamburglar? Last week YHC Q’d an anniversary beatdown at Bombsquad and Hamburglar texted that he was sorry he missed it so YHC thought for sure he’d be joining in the gloom today. YHC even did the good old repeat of the beatdown with just a few modifications. The beatdown last week kicked off with Slaughter Starters (20 Burpees OYO) but not today. YHC learned that counting cadence when you can’t breathe does not work, especially in the hot and humid gloom.
The 1-minute warning was given and at 0530 the disclaimer was shared and the beatdown commenced like this:

Short mosey to the field and stopped where YHC had set up the world famous DJ equipment. The six stations were then explained. The original workout had Station 3 as Overhead Press w/ Coupon but since Warthog lacks a Coupon Pile YHC improvised with One-legged Burpees. (The station’s exercise had to start with an ‘O’)
