The Thang:

OK, really it’s Legs and Chest, but who wants to read about that?  Boy it was muggy, like it has been the last several days.  There were several F3 choices for today, I’m glad two other PAX decided to join YHC at The Village.

SSH IC x 25, TTT IC x 20, Windmill IC x 15, Imperial Walker IC x 20, LBAC IC x 15, LBAC in reverse IC x 15, OH Clap IC x 15, and Front Raise IC x 15

Beat Down:

  1. PAX took a short mosey to the far corner of the parking area (near 65th Ave).  20 merkins and mosey to under the light at the other parking area, 18 (good form) squats and mosey back to start, 16 merkins and mosey back to light, 14 squats and …well you get the pattern.
  2. Plank workout – Hold regular about 30 seconds, right arm up about 30 seconds, right leg up about 30 seconds, and plank walk to the left about 15 years.  There we held regular about 30 seconds, left arm up about 30 seconds, left leg up about 30 seconds, and plank walk to the right about 15 yards.  There we held regular about 30 seconds and finally held low plank about 30 seconds.
  3. Working our way around the parking lot via leg exercises.  Lunge walk down long part of lot and then 25 SSH IC (counted by Castaway for VQ practice), Side step with wide squats down short part of lot and 25 dips IC, reverse (backwards) lunge down long part of lot and 25 imperial walkers IC (counted by veteran Texas Ranger), side step and squat with legs together down short part of lot and 10 single count derkins.

Cool Down:

Instead of traditional Mary, with Texas Ranger’s sore abs and my sore back, we did some stretching for about 5 minutes.
